Terms & Conditions
Practical information for website enquiries, quotations and appointment-only workshop visits.
Last updated: 20 October 2026.
The business and this website
This website describes Wardale Engineering’s custom exhaust, stainless fabrication and underbody services. The business is run by Tom Wardale at Unit 4, Burton Cliff Farm, Middle St, Lincoln LN1 2RG. Contact tom@wardale-eng.co.uk or 07891 619893 with questions about a service or a proposed job.
Enquiries and appointments
Sending an enquiry, calling or reading a service page does not confirm a booking or authorise work. Discuss the scope, quote and appointment directly with Tom. Workshop visits are strictly by appointment with no walk-ins. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 7am–6pm. There is no weekend workshop work; weekend vehicle drop-off and collection may be arranged in advance.
Starting prices and quotations
Full custom exhaust systems start from £800, standalone dry ice blasting from £900, and dry ice blasting with underseal packages from £1,400. These are starting prices, not a universal fixed price. All custom quotes are free. The applicable scope and price must be discussed for the actual vehicle or fabrication project. No deposit, payment schedule, cancellation fee or lead time is specified by this website.
Manufactured parts
Range Rover L322 back box deletes and Discovery TD5 and Defender TD5 exhaust-part enquiries are handled directly rather than through online checkout. Confirm exact fitment, price and availability before ordering or arranging installation. A listed service or part is not a guarantee of stock, compatibility or dispatch time for every vehicle.
Warranty scope
A lifetime warranty is available on custom stainless steel exhaust builds only. Ask Tom for the terms applying to the agreed build before work proceeds. This website does not extend that warranty to manufactured parts, general fabrication, dry ice blasting or underseal. Detailed warranty conditions have not been supplied here and must not be inferred from a general headline.
Vehicle condition and intended use
Provide accurate vehicle details, relevant modifications, existing faults and intended use. An inspection may be needed to define a job. Custom exhaust changes still need to be considered in relation to applicable road-use requirements. Dry ice blasting is cleaning and underseal is protection: neither repairs structural corrosion. Do not drive a vehicle you believe may be unsafe simply because an appointment is being discussed.
Project examples and customer reviews
Reviews reproduce supplied customer recommendations. Their experiences are not a guarantee of an identical outcome for every project. Photographs on Our Work are workshop images supplied by the business and are not presented as before/after records of a particular job.
Website information and external links
Service information is intended to help you prepare an enquiry; it is not a substitute for a vehicle-specific assessment or professional advice about a particular safety issue. External maps and social links are provided for convenience and are operated by their own providers. Ask Tom to clarify information relevant to a purchase or proposed job before you rely on it.
Your statutory rights and concerns
Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights you have under applicable consumer law. This is website and enquiry guidance, not a complete set of job-specific contractual terms. If you have a concern about an enquiry, agreed work or a part, contact Tom and explain the issue so it can be discussed directly.
